Details
We can produce sizes almost fully to order, from small parcels to very large shipments, always sized to give the right level of protection. Durability can also be increased by choosing a thicker film for heavier or bulkier contents.
Available configurations:
- Film thickness: 50, 60, 70, or 80 micron
- Film colour: white, transparent, white/black, white/silver, or white/grey
- Closure: hot-melt permanent seal, with an optional double glue line for returnable envelopes, or a resealable glue line with perforation or tear-off strip for easy opening
- Flap: straight or slanting edges
- Weld: side or double
- Optional carrying handle
Materials
Made from one-layer or multi-layer LDPE, HDPE, or MDPE film, resistant to tearing and punching.
Printing techniques
Full-color printing in up to 8 colors, customized to your brand and shipment specifications.
Additional features
Hot-melt permanent closure for tamper-evident security. Optional internal pouch for a packing list (with sealing option) and bubble film lining for extra cushioning. Exterior space available for barcodes, QR codes, individual numbering, or paper labels.
