Details
Snug-fit sleeve slides over a rigid inner box for a premium presentation.
Available configurations:
- Flute: E, B, C, EB, BE, or BC, with custom flute available on request
- Outer liner: TL3, TL1, KL, TLW, KLW, TLWC, or KLWC
- Inner liner: TL3, TL1, KL, TLW, KLW, TLWC, or KLWC
- Grammage: 380 gsm, 420 gsm, 450 gsm, or 610 gsm, with custom grammage available on request
- Print outside: unprinted or 1 to 5 colors
- Print inside: unprinted or 1 to 5 colors
- Closure: none, 1x adhesive strip + peel off, or 2x adhesive strip + peel off
Materials
Constructed from corrugated board, with the flute profile and liner grade selected to balance a lightweight sleeve against a sturdy inner tray.
Printing techniques
Offset printing with foil stamping, embossing, or spot UV finishes.
Additional features
Custom inserts and tissue paper options available.
